This Shouldn't Work

Even though this outfit has many of my favorite pieces: olive green parka, striped shirt, white shoes, PS 1 bag. I would never think to put these pieces together in the way that she did. And if somebody asked me if I thought it would work, I would definitely say no. But, for her, it does work beautifully. This has become my favorite outfit of the week!

White shoes?

I am mad that the Man Repeller beat me by a minute on this one!! Haha! I was preparing a post on white shoes (new obsession) when... I saw this post.

Anywayyyyyy... The fact is that, I want a pair of classic white pumps. And I don't care what anyone else thinks about it. Problem is that I am on shopping fast! Now what?

How about these fierce ladies incorporating them in winter! Wow! That's for fashion pros only!

Color Obsession

What should I call this color, burnt caramel? I don't know, but I know that I am simply obsessed! It looks so good when paired with navy, burgundy or gray!!!! And a light shade of cream! Fortunately I have a Zara coat that exact shade! Bye bye, I am going to put it on right now!!

In keeping with the theme of leather in an amazing shade of cognac, I wanted to show you a great look, that is very easy to put together. Pair this beautiful skirt with black classics, these two colors complement each other perfectly creating a very chic combo.

Local Find of the Week

Here is a a brilliant idea: a pant that looks like leather, but costs a fraction of the price. This j brand pant is made of fabric but coated to have a leather effect. It's comfortable, fashionable and affordable all at the same time. What's not to love? Personally, I am deeply in love with this shade of cognac.

I love, love, love the buttoned up denim jacket look! One that we can totally borrow from the boys, no? All I need is a denim jacket just like that!!! Perfect color, perfect fit! The all navy look is not too bad either, wow!
